Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any Apps ProductShake application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Apps.
Description of Service
Our Apps provide AI-powered identification services using image recognition technology. The Apps allow you to take or upload photos to receive AI-generated identification results and related information.
AI Accuracy Disclaimer
Important: Our Apps use artificial intelligence to provide identification results. While we strive for accuracy, AI technology has inherent limitations:
- Results are estimates and may not be 100% accurate
- Identification accuracy depends on image quality and clarity
- The AI may misidentify items, especially rare or unusual specimens
- Results should not be used as the sole basis for important decisions
For safety-critical identifications (such as determining if a plant, mushroom, snake, or insect is dangerous), always consult with qualified experts or professionals. Do not rely solely on App results for health, safety, or financial decisions.
Subscriptions
Free Features
Our Apps offer limited free functionality, typically including a small number of daily identifications.
Premium Subscriptions
Premium features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions:
- Subscription options may include weekly and annual plans
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
Free Trials
Some subscriptions may offer a free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.
Managing Subscriptions
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings or the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Apps only for lawful purposes
- Not upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the Apps
- Not use the Apps to infringe on others' intellectual property rights
- Not use automated systems to access the Apps
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Apps, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Apps ProductShake or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of identification results
- We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Apps
- We are not responsible for decisions you make based on App results
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
